This place feels like a romantic resort getaway, full of historic charm and cozy luxury. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, perfect for a honeymoon-style escape. The location couldn’t be better — right next to Hot Springs State Park, so you’re steps away from the famous mineral hot springs. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of options, and the staff makes you feel truly welcomed. After staying here, you won’t want to book anywhere else. Trust me — just reserve it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    I am surprised that Best Western lets this hotel be a part of the BW franchise. I have tried calling the hotel to get hold of a manager, but to no avail. The sinks in our bathroom drain very slowly, so they could use some attention. And the toaster in the breakfast room - it is obvious that the little sign on it has been there for ages - so why not buy a new toaster? I mean, come on. I had my grandsons with me and we could not make toast without burning it - even as low as #2. Details - the sign says to use only the two slots on the left of the toaster, and to not use the right hand side. You can't make toast without burning it. I don't know, how much is a new toaster? $50 at the most? You can't buy a new one? Oh, and then they try to gloss over that the pool wasn't up and running. But the hot tub is open 24/7.

    Our bed was wore out. It was like sleeping in a bowl. Breakfast was not much for the $180 a night i feel there wasn't any value.

    Breakfast not worth it, all food overcooked & cold at 7:45am. The cook brings her grubby kids and they take over the lobby table and sofas at breakfast playing loud video games on their phones and on the tv spilling drinks everywhere.
