The layout with the common hall does mean you will hear your neighbors leaving in the morning. Overall it’s a good place to stay with quick access to the hot springs. Staff were wonderfully accommodating.

We were slightly on edge and went to Plaza Hotel next. The moment we walked in, we were greeted so welcoming. Darla helped us out tremendously with booking & her hospitality. She saved us at a pinch and could not thank her enough. The hotel service, staff and rooms made us so relieved. Next time we are out that way, we will be staying there again.
