    Booked a pet friendly room, hotel called 30 minutes before us getting there and said they didn’t have any rooms and there’s nothing they can do. So now we’re in a snow storm with our dog, no refund and finding a different hotel. If you only have so many pet friendly rooms then that should be known when booking. And to not refund is crap!!’ This is the second Best western we’ve tried and had issues at both, we’re done trying with them, 2 chances and no more.

    Ashley the manager is spectacular. I was in town for work looking for some ice and ran across their amazing breakfast. Being an animal lover I was walking my dog with me and when I saw breakfast I wanted to take a look. She was more than willing to pet sit my killer of a 3.5 lbs dog. Not to mention the gal making the food was very accommodating and amazing. On my way back I met Heather a housekeeper who gave me extra towels and shampoo. She was very kind and obviously hardworking. Stating “if I need anything at all just to let her know.” Overall an amazing experience. Being from the Sheridan area and coming back shows that you can’t quite find amazing service like you can in Wyo.

    Terrible service! They have a “don’t give a damn” attitude. Very dark at night, can’t even tell if it’s open. If you’re traveling alone don’t stay here! No employee is on the same page, different answers for one easy question. Customer service is very poor! We never even stepped foot in the room and never got our refund!
