Rooms and lobby were clean, staff was friendly, and check in was simple. Breakfast looked good, but we did not eat it but it was a good selection. Pool area was nice, heated indoor pool with a hot tub.

First, after breakfast yesterday, he observed an employee sleeping at one of the tables. While I understand how demanding food-service work can be, sleeping in a public area reflects poorly on the hotel. If an employee is too tired to stay alert, it may be more appropriate for them to step away or take a proper break. Then later that same employee sitting with her feet up and a heater on her while Amie was simultaneously answering phones, assisting guests, and handling issues. He also overheard conversations about hours and complaints being made as the ypung lady said loud enough for those aroubd to hear how someone lied to Thelma whom I guess is a manager he didn't ask. She was upset as she was being sent home. This unprofessional as she was loud wanting people to hear she was being sent home. I would of also if she is tired sleeping sent her home. To summarize: • If an employee is too tired to perform their duties, they should step away, take a break, or call out—not sleep in front of guests. • No employee should ever speak to a coworker disrespectfully, especially in public. • Guests’ safety and comfort should be a priority, and issues such as smoke detectors should never be dismissed as “not my job.” I want to end on a positive note by acknowledging that both staff members working last night working after 4 till whatever time were described as hardworking and supportive during a busy evening. Additionally, thank you to Amie for informing Roberto about Hilton Rewards—he travels frequently and is now interested in signing up and continuing to stay at your property. He just hopes that the issues are address on those that were in the wrong and the two beautiful young ladies at the desk understand what gems they truly are.
