Insane static electricity throughout the entire hotel. The room doors AND elevator buttons shock enough to cause minor pain. The desk also doesn't have a way to reach anyone if the desk is unmanned leaving customers to wait for help. I come to Wyoming regularly for a work trip and will not be staying here again. I will remain within Hilton Rewards but for the above reasons do not want to stay here again.

Im from Texas last year I stayed there for 7 months and I really enjoyed staying at that hotel. The manager Thelma always made sure we were comfortable with are stay. Also the housekeeping crew was very professional rooms were always clean. I highly recommend this hotel. Home away from home Thank you all for everything you guys did i really appreciate everything 💗 ❤️ 💕 💖

Sierra is great, I'm always glad when she greets me, she works hard and has a very positive attitude. They have wonderful cooks working in the kitchen that make some of the tastiest dishes in town. The rooms are clean, I stayed in the same room twice but had service to the room in between, I use a soap with a lilac scent and I'm positive they changed the all the bedding. I have a lot of hair and it falls out everywhere and I found not one single hair in my room. Only down side is the beds could use a topper for heavier patrons. Mostly good all in all. Love Sierra, she's the number 1 asset at this location.

This hotel is fine. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Water was very hot, blah, blah, blah. What was an absolute standout was Jasmine and Sierra at the front desk. There was an issue with the room immediately and they resolved it quickly, without calling somebody to get permission. They immediately resolved the problem using their own initiative. They also compensated me, which was not nessacary. Thelma the next morning was also exceptionally helpful, and this time resolved an issue that I caused by going to UPS and sending a couple pillows back to me that we left. If you don't have smart, capable people working, it doesn't matter how nice your hotel is, it is just a building.

Easy to find. Clean. Friendly staff and decent amenities. This isn't a high class resort, but it's a very well kept and maintained hotel for the worker who needs a few nights, to a few weeks in a clean, quiet place. Close to multiple restaurants. Very happy with my stay. Will stay again if I'm ever in the area.
