Because the computers were down they had us BOTH fill out paperwork with general info and our credit card info & said when computers were up they would split the room charge ie $300 TOTAL split $175 each. When I got home I was looking at my bank account & they charged my card $872.90. They also charged my friends account as well. I called & reported it & was told they would refund all but 1/2 the room cost. Well, it's been a month and they still have NOT refunded the last of charges $261.87. I have called 4 times & have been told the manager would call me back to resolve. NO CALL!!!!!!!!!! It is obvious she is avoiding me. Terribly disappointed in the HILTON brand & will think twice before ever booking a Hilton property!!!!!
