- KMKai Monday4 days ago5.0I stayed one night while passing through rock springs, and was impressed with the cleanliness and service, especially for the price. The room was clean, breakfast included, and the front desk/owners were very polite! Highly recommend this spot if you’re passing through!

When I arrived, the manager contacted Expedia personally, got me a refund, then gave me an upgraded room at a discounted cost. Will definitely return.

The room has everything you need for a temporary trip, a hair dryer and a telephone, mainly white towels and sheets, which makes people very comfortable. The air conditioner is particularly warm in winter, which is a good experience.

They have a fridge, microwave, hotplate Coffee maker and can't forget the nice flat screen TV. Usually we can't sleep on hotel beds but We slept well. Location is great you are close to shopping and food. The gal at the desk was so pleasant and welcoming. And in the morning the Gentleman at the desk was so friendly and kind. We had a warm breakfast burrito for breakfast and coffee and Sunny delight. We will definitely stay here again when passing thru. I gave it 5 stars for all the reasons above. No it's not a Carlton/Ritz but the reasons above gave it 5 Good service and friendliness and clean was all I ask for.
