  Very clean rooms the pool was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was filling and DELICIOUS. will definitely be back. want to go back just to go swimming. Thank you for THE WONDERFUL STAY!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

  Excellent hotel. Bed and pillows are comfy! Super clean rooms. Looks new. Front desk employees are awesome!

  Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is just ok though. The orange juice tastes like it’s been marinated in a plastic container in the summer heat. Real chemical taste. The food is good. But nothing special, just your average breakfast in terms of options.

  First. I had to ask for my points to be deposited upon checkin. Secondly, as a diamond member I expect my stay preferences to be accommodated(or at least acknowledged!). For example my preferences say I want the top floor. So when im kept up all night by people knocking boots above me, I'm not very happy. Thirdly, the housekeeping staff banging on doors at 8 am. I pay for a check out at 11 am. I do not pay to be woken up whenever housekeeping decides. And last but not least, I expect to be asked about my stay, so that I can relay my experience in person. Rooms were clean, if youre only here for 1 night, it'd probably be worth it. Just know you need to double check this hotels work, at every step. I won't be back.
