Staff was nice , informative & even gave us complimentary water as I am currently pregnant and am always thirsty ! It was a really sweet touch. There is plenty of shops close for whatever you may need and tons of food spots to cure any cravings. The breakfast was top notch !!!! Not a lot of hotels take time to master a breakfast buffet anymore , but you all did. Will recommend to my friends and family !

Then the key wasent working again so when I got to the room it was super late and not clean I stayed like that. Next morning I asked for housekeeping and they didnt do anything the room was al dirty I even left tips for the lady and the front desk knew about it and did nothing . Very bad service and they didnt do anything.
