The young lady at the desk was a bit rude, and looked like she'd just rolled out of bed.

My family of 4 stayed overnight at the Hampton Inn. It was such a great experience for us! Jess at the front desk was amazing! She helped us with everything we needed and more. The pool and hot tub are great. And our room was big, comfortable and very nice. We will definitely be staying here again.

We normally stay at Hampton Inns and this one was just okay. The room was noisy from whatever was going on the floor above us and I would give the breakfast a poor rating at best. There was no fruits or orange juice and what was available wasn’t the best. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly though.

We stopped for one night on the way to Yellowstone and it was great. The rooms have been updated since some of these photos. Bathrooms were clean, beds were comfortable, standard hotel breakfast. Nice grass area for dogs.

I had higher expectations going in, but unfortunately, this experience fell short. While there were a few redeeming qualities-like, clean spacious rooms, coffee in my room, they were overshadowed by poor customer relations, poor water pressure, and most importantly, a card key accessed side entrance door that is completely missing the locking mechanism and does not lock. This makes for poor security, making the hotel accessible to anyone. I choose the Hampton inn Rawlins by Hilton in this town expecting much better security than this at these rates. My 2 star rating is primarily for safety & security converns.
