The property is amazing. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast bar rivals most 5 star resorts and its included for free. The lounge was amazing The food will blow your mind. Staff was amazing and location is great and easy to access, I needed a dog friendly room and it was great for them! However the bed is the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept in, the mattresses are so hard it’s like sleeping on a lumpy rock, the floor would have been more comfortable. The room wasn’t exactly cheap and I wish I’d had just slept in my truck, my back wouldn’t hurt worse than before I stopped if I had. Great hotel but if you can’t sleep in it there’s no point to it.

Excellent Night Crew . Was broke down and checked in at 4 am. Told them late check out. Problem was morning manger not checking note. She claimed that was rude. Just the opposite. Give motel and four star for most part. Crew and staff also excellent. Morning management a half star.....learn to look at note and PR skills.

Jumped in because I 80 was closed due to wind. Nice clean rooms. Yes, they could have better towels and higher thread count sheets, but the place looked new and guest room had both a door to the outside as well as a hallway. Plenty of parking too!

Let's preface by saying we've stayed in this hotel many times over the span of 10 years. This experience was the *worst*. The door to the pool room is left open, an obvious drowing hazard. The hotel staff immediately opened the door demanding it stay open for the ventilation system, claiming it triggers the fire alarm system. There's no camera in the pool area, so if a child was to make it their unattended, they would not be noticed. The bottom of the pool is slimy. We were charged a $40 fee to have a pet in the room. But why? Upon return from the pool, the shower backed up. I cannot fully express my dislike of standing in the soup water of the previous room occupants black dog hair, ect while trying to get clean myself. Some previous occupants had written on the mirror when steamed, and you can clearly read it when you take a shower. It goes without saying all surfaces should be cleaned. The room has a weird set up, which I was already aware of coming in but never a fan of. The cheap laminate was installed incorrectly, so when you walk, you can feel the space between the existing laminate and previous laminate compress with a click. The AC unit doesn't work well which was amusing considering that it was freezing outside. The room was uncomfortably hot. I woke to open the door several times to try and balance it out. The overpriced restaurant is the only redeeming quality of the hotel, the server was friendly, and the table next to us was offered several free shots. I won't bring my family back here - 10 years of loyalty and good reviews down the drain (or not, considering the tub doesn't drain).
