    Every aspect of our visit was exceptional from the front desk to the bar, to the chef to maintenance. Best Western CottonTree cannot be beat.

    We had a pet room,and a cat had sprayed in it. Plus we found liter in the closet. The tub did not drain. I was charged a fee for the cat spraying in it, funny how my cats were females and never let into the main part of the room.

    We chose this hotel due to the pool and hot tub. Upon checking in, we were informed they are closed. I asked for a refund and was told I’d need to contact Priceline because I booked through them. They failed to mention that they can provide a refund themselves at their discretion. Once learning that info, I again asked for a refund to switch hotels and was told no because we have entered the hotel room.

    We had a wonderful stay here after a much needed respite from traveling cross country. The staff is exceptionally friendly, the rooms were very accommodating. The hotel offers a comfortable lobby, computer work room, a lounge and restaurant with exceptional service, great prices and comfortable atmosphere. I would honestly say The Best Western of Rawlins was one of my favorite hotels I've yet to stay at. The prices are very reasonable. My only sadness was I didn't get to enjoy breakfast one morning because they had updated their hours and not posted it in the room. I'm sure I was told at check in, but TMI! 😂
