2nd time here. Rooms are nice. Pillows need work. Deflate.. had to fold it a time or 2 to get minimum firmness. 7220 Lounge - Cheyenne is fantabulous. Mixology is her forte. Super friendly and helpful.. I hope they are paying her well or she will be snatched up.

I will not stay at this motel again. Room was clean and fine but the customer service was quadruple bogey sub par. I was in town for a UW football game, and called ahead earlier (Monday) in the week to see if I could check in early. I was told that wouldn't be a problem. When I arrived on Saturday after camping all week I was told at the front desk that I couldn't check in until 4 or after the game if I wanted. After camping all week and not showering I booked this motel because they said I could check in early and then could walk to the stadium. There was over a one hour wait to check in after the game for those who chose that. The reason for all of this; the staff had not only booked the school who was playing UW but allowed them to get a late check out(2:30). All at the expense of UW fans. As a former college athlete and college coach who has been told multiple times that there are no rooms and that we will have to stay in the town down the road as a visiting school by many motels. I was very upset that a motel would sell out for money at the expense of UW fans. When I was trying to check in the manager, Quiara Poirier, was very rude to me when I asked why I was told earlier in the week over the phone that I could check in early. She said they are hosting the opposing team and to leave and come back. Anna at the front desk was also very rude to me when she told me it was too early to check in. The only employee who was helpful was Tori, she kept in eye on me and as soon as a room came available she worked magic and got me in before 4 so I could shower and enjoy the UW game. But this was after I had to sit in the lobby for 3 hours. She was the only one who was hospitable and kind in the whole process. Which when you are staying in a motel you are a guest in a town and all you are hoping for is hospitality not ill-mannered and rude behavior. As I said I will not stay at this motel again and do not recommend it as they are only worried about making asuch money as they can and not in the business of hospitality like they should be. Very disappointed in the manager and the management staff.

Rooms are evidently never cleaned. Trash is evidently never taken out. No breakfast. Coffee is rarely made. This hotel desperately needs new management. Very difficult television to operate. I'm sure it's a value plan but extremely difficult.

This is my go-to hotel in all of Wyoming, I work all over this state 6 days a week and stay at multiple hotels but this one's got the coolest employees of all, and trust me I've ran across hundreds in Colorado, Montana and Wyoming and none of them have anything dif from the next that makes me pick a favorite but this one! It makes it way nice and gives me something to look forward to when having to be working away from my family 90% of the time, when they can joke and laugh with you and are super welcoming and friendly...i can go on and on with nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff here but it def makes for a super comfortable and enjoyable stay, def has this hotel stand out 100 times more then anywhere else, to the point where we decide to stay here reguardless of where we're working in Wyoming, reserve rooms in advance now to assure that we're gonna be staying here!Thank you Anna and Kiki! And the other lady I'm sorry I forgot your name lol but your all cool as hell and I appreciate the hospitality and good vibes ya'll bring!!
