- AHAmmie HamiltonNov 8, 20251.0This was absolutely the worst. My mom booked a room with 2 beds and a pull out couch. What she got was 2 beds and a roll away. The room was MUCH smaller than expected. On the thermostat on the wall there is an out of order sign!!!This hotel was also booked cause of the pool. However any picture of this pool is NOT CORRECT. It is VERY SMALL. And I only suggest getting in the pool if your looking for an ice bath as it is FREEZING. When we asked about the temperature of the pool there was NOTHING they could do!!

- BFBrandie FieldsAug 31, 20252.0Bathtub was disgusting. Hair, marks all over the shower wall and pink/orange all over the caulk. I took the pictures to the hotel staff and asked them if they had cleaned it recently and they said yesterday. I think they thought I was born yesterday and didn’t know how long it takes of no cleaning before caulk would look like this. The kid at the front desk hummed to the music and acted like he couldn’t care at all. I asked to be moved to another room and I got another one with a bathroom sink that looked equally as bad as the tub in the other room. I know it’s a Holiday Inn and it’s not a top hotel but come on guys. This was so gross. I’d expect this from a Motel. Please, Holiday Inn, talk with the cleaning staff about standards of cleanliness. I normally enjoy staying at your hotels. This one, not so much.
