  We stayed for two night while in town for Easter. The customer service we received was absolutely top notch! Every employee we spoke to were so kind! The pool was pretty chlorinated but my kids enjoy swimming very much! Staff was quick to restock the towels when I let them know there weren't any. The continental hot breakfast was good. Waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy! It was all yummy. Our only complaints was our room door was VERY hard to close, we had to basically slam it for it to latch. Allowing it to self close or even pushing on it, it wouldn't latch shut. Our bathroom door was also very hard to close, we had to lift the door a little to get it to latch. The beds are also VERY firm. If you enjoy a nice firm bed, you will love them! We personally enjoy our beds on the softer side. We will absolutely stay again when we're back in town!

  Wyoming is a very...umm, harsh...country, and this place is smack dab in the center of it. Winds blow constantly & tho pretty, it's brutal. Downtown & college campus is less than 5 minutes away, so its Walmart. All in all...great rooms & service, free breakfast and a pool/hot tub. Not a lot of options out here; choose this place.. Seriously.....

  Management was very understanding of our situation. Rooms very clean, lobby, exercise room pool very clean and upbeat. Great place

  Very unpleasant "pet friendly" hotel. It felt like we were getting harassed over our little dog the entire time! Many dogs were around & barking yet front staff kept making comments towards my little dog. This is definitely NOT a pet friendly hotel! Me finding a pet friendly hotel and paying extra, I expected better treatment. If you want to travel with your dog, big or small, just expect this place to constantly complain. I was so irritated that they would also only make comments to my minor teens when I wasn't around! Then when I confronted front staff they tried to seem like everything was fine! Very frustrating! I've stayed at other hotels with pets allowed and this was by far the worst. Laramie is a beautiful city but if I ever have to go back, I definitely won't stay here again.

  Extremely disappointing experience. During a severe storm in Wyoming, I stopped at this Best Western hoping to sit in the lobby for a short time and rest while waiting for the weather to calm down. Instead of showing basic hospitality, the staff refused to let me stay even for a few minutes. When travelers are dealing with dangerous weather conditions, you would expect at least some level of understanding and kindness. Sadly, that was completely missing here. This was a very unpleasant and disappointing interaction.
