All said, this was a good place to stay. They are in the middle of a remodel, but the crew was out of there shortly after 6, so there wasn't much of an inconvenience. My room was clean, so good job on housekeeping.

I am truly thinking that maybe these other reviews are not "accurate" as I have experienced by far the worst hotel experience at this hotel. I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews on Google. Boy was I shocked when I arrived and there was no parking available. Had to park offsite and pray that my car would still be there in the morning. My family reserved two rooms, and were given 212 and 230. I stayed in 212 and I have never smelled such a thick and putrid smell of what I could only describe as urine. There were yellow splatter stains on the walls, literally every wall had some sort of splatter on it. I was completely grossed out. I went to check how my dad was doing in his room (230) and the smell was more of a chemical smell, when we lifted the mattress we found bed bugs. Some were alive and some were dead - this explains the smell that maybe they had fumigated recently. There were glops of chunky food on the curtains and carpet..I just do not know how you can miss these things when you are cleaning a room. I went and spoke to the gentleman who checked us in and he was not surprised. He told me to address the issues to management in the morning. I tried to reach out to IHG through their app, and their customer service told me I should hear from management first thing in the morning. No contact on their part was ever made, so when we checked out I asked to speak to the manager and was told they were busy. When asked what was wrong by the lady at the front desk, she aggressively coughed every time I explained an issue. She coughed at me making no attempt to turn her head or cover her mouth, like she was trying to tune down what I was saying so other guests couldn't hear. When I stopped talking, she stopped coughing. If I mentioned the filthiness of the room she had a coughing attack again - it was insane. No one cared about issues, management nonexistent and even customer service through the app failed to address my concerns. Luckily, we left with no bug bites, or contracting any disease, but IHG lost a long time customer, because of this. I stayed 8-25-25 to 8-26-25.

I had a reservation for this place three times now. The first time I had no issues. The second time they called me as I was traveling to Lander and told me that my room would not be available because of Maintenance issues. Almost a year later (today), I showed up to check in and the guy tells me the same thing. And that they are in the process of renovating. I had no warning this time. Save yourself some headache and stay some other place in Lander.
