The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Jackson, making it easy to walk downtown and explore the shops and restaurants. Our trip started off a little rocky with some issues that were out of the hotel’s control, but the general manager, Guillaume, went above and beyond to make things right. You can tell that he and the staff truly care about their guests and stand behind their service. Even though our stay didn’t start perfectly, it ended on a very positive note thanks to their top-notch service and professionalism. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Jackson.

Service was just so so. 0 recognition of diamond status/benefits. “Fitness center” is a joke…it’s basically a closet off the pool that they shoved a peloton and treadmill into with dumbbells up to 20lbs. Breakfast says 7a-11a, which isn’t great if you’ve got to be somewhere before 7. Came back at 1030 and it was already closed. Had a 2 night reservation here for next week but decided to cancel and elsewhere.

I am writing this review due to an employee who went above and beyond when I had questions about my account charges. Karen Lloyd took the time to inspect my account charges and call me back when I assumed I would have to wait to speak to the manager and worry someone was using my card without authorization. She is so knowledgeable and kind. Karen called me back when I was expecting to not know anything until the manager got to hotel hours later. I really haven't experienced an employee so dedicated and knowledgeable at any other Hilton Hotel I have stayed at. I am a Diamond Member who has accrued almost 1 million points which makes me an expert I believe in recognizing outstanding staff members. Karen Lloyd truly made my day !!
