    This place has gone downhill a bit since our last visit. Didn't feel quite clean and there were some concerning maintenance items. There was no peephole in our door. There was a hole there, but no peephole. Someone had just shoved toilet paper into it. We ended up covering it with tape. We found a paint roller in the bathroom. There was no "do not disturb" sign in the room and the breakfast was disappointing with no waffle maker. Room prices are a little high for this kind of presentation.

    We stayed around Thanksgiving and everything with our room and stay was fine and honestly my whole family had a great time at the pool which is why we stayed here. Unfortunately we made the mistake of accidentally leaving a bag of our belongings in our room. We didn't notice until we got home. I contacted them immediately and they said they found our bag and would gladly leave it for the manager and she would mail it to us. After a few weeks I called and was told they still had our bag and the manager was on vacation for Christmas but it would get sent when she got back. Another month went by without receiving our bag so I contacted IHG customer service and filed a report with them. Customer support said they would forward my complaint to the manager. Another few weeks passed with no contact from hotel management and also no bag so I contacted customer support again. Customer support personally called and spoke to a front desk person who had no idea what was going on and told me to contact the hotel again. I called and explained the whole situation to the front desk person and they said the manager would contact me back. The next day I called back and finally got the manager on the phone and after many excuses she said she found my bag in the area marked for "customer will pick up". Even though two different employees verified my mailing address and said it would be sent to me. The manager said she would get it sent out that week and call me back with a tracking number. The following Monday I called again only to be told the manager wasn't in till 4 pm but would call me back. It has been more than another week with nothing. It's a shame their customer service is so shady. I just wanted my belongings back. We will never stay here again.

    Waterpark will be busy if you are in gillette for an event. The rooms are nice and have space. Breakfast was pretty decent.

    Good room for a fair price. I didn't get the room I reserved though, and there is no in-room coffee. The water park seemed cool, but didn't have the time. Breakfast was pretty good too.
