    The rooms are nice. The staff are nice , however it is a place for family and kids of all ages that stay up all night and are loud and run through the hall ways and so if you want more quiet then don’t stay here as it is a very loud hotel of very out of control teenagers running through the hall ways making a lot of noise when trying to sleep. The staff doesn’t in force the rules to keep the noise down to sleep. If you don’t mind the noise and kids running around then go for it.

    It was a wonderful stay. The staffs were friendly and the room was clean. My kids enjoyed the waterpark. Definitely will stay again there.

    Inacceptable. Quoi que le pré-paiement a été réglé par Apple Pay, cet hôtel a prélevé abusivement sur notre carte de crédit le réglementaire en double, malgré que je leur ai signalé. Plein de demandes par mail et aucune réponse, après plus d’un mois. Si Booking.com n’avait pas procédé au remboursement, cet hôtel aurait conservé ce double paiement. Un procédé de voleurs, vraiment inacceptable.

    I always love this hotel. We road trip quite extensively and I was just telling my husband this is one of the best hotels we've stayed in, in our past 20 years. The price is a great value. They have been so nice to us. We got in very early one day after a night of bad hotel experiences, we drove on, utterly exhausted, way before check-in, Darlene helped us get a room. She is a shining star at Garner hotel. She leads with her heart, and it makes the hotel spectacular. We have three kids, and the water park is perfect. The water is warm (actual warm) and I loved floating in the lazy river with a book while my kids zipped down the waterslides. I appreciate a warm breakfast, and while the variety isn't great, I am thankful for it every time. I will only stay at this hotel every time I come to Gillette. Thanks again to the staff, especially Darlene who make this place feel less like another stop on a neverending road trip, and more like home.
