- AAAndyDec 14, 20255.0What a dump! Carpet is nasty, hallways don’t have any floor boards! Room phone didn’t work, microwave no place to plug in( had to take it out of slot it’s in and plug in somewhere else), TV didn’t work and outlet on night stand between bed doesn’t work. And then if you want your room cleaned you have to fill out a piece of paper they give you. How about just put a placard in the room to place outside the door? Plus the parking is non existent during the week as it’s filled with work trucks. Don’t waste your money it’s not worth it!

Located next to a restaurant as well as in close proximity to other food/eating options. Fuel station near by. Very nice atmosphere. Will definitely stay again when in Gillette.

Nothing went wrong during my stay, but I would rather have had a pleasant experience rather than a, "Well technically nothing happened," experience. If you are traveling alone I would choose a different hotel. The layout did not make me feel very safe, although I was fortunate to not have any problems. The rooms and building are all very "budget travel" and not as comfortable and welcoming as other best westerns I have stayed with. The on site restaurant is cheap and I was served food of good quality for that price range.
- SEShaun ErkOct 11, 20251.0Dated and dingy rooms and amenities. Heater didn't work in room. Shower head was so old and clogged it should have been replaced 2 years ago. Non smoking rooms smelled like they double as a smoking rooms in times of need. No continental breakfast. $40 per person for dinner. I would probably stay across the street at the hotel that lets you know it's a budget. At least the price will reflect the quality as these rooms are EXTREMELY overpriced. Stay anywhere else.
