This place was wonderful, from the moment we entered the hotel lobby we were greeted with smiles and made to feel very welcomed by the great checkin staff. The hotel room was so very spacious and clean and comfortable. Great hot shower and beds were soft and comfortable. There were so many rooms on this property and the grounds were very well kept. We loved the little patio area outside even though we didn’t use it because of the weather, it looked really nice. The breakfast was amazing Bacon Day !! 😊 they had a lot to offer in the small breakfast area. The breakfast staff were so friendly and welcoming when we ate there. Check out was a really delight too, the check out staff were very kind , big smiles and thanked us for staying there. Will definitely be back if we are out that way. So much better customer service and value for our money than The Irma hotel , that we stayed at the night before. The hotel is just a short walk or drive to the Buffalo Bill museum and to Dairy Queen/Roosters cafe and several other restaurants. The place felt very safe, loads of parking. Highly recommend staying here at this Best Western if you get the chance. Great for the whole family and the customers service experience was out of this world! Kudos to all the staff and to the management for hiring and training such incredible hospitality staff. Thank you 😊

A Kureg coffee maker too. It’s close to downtown also. Breakfast was very good. 3 types of free fruit, meat eggs etc. the space is small but it worked. Would totally stay here again

- BBB BohannonSep 25, 20255.0We visited in September. We were very impressed with the well designed accessible room we stayed in. The benches at the end of each bed were so useful. It was laundry day while we stayed, and the laundry room was amazing (Okay, I admit I'm a bit compulsive about laundry). Plenty of washers and dryers, not an "out of order" sign in sight. The location is excellent. It was easy to get around town. The Cody Western Center was right up the road, and Irma's was close by and easy to get to with Google maps. We won't be back for a couple of years, but we'll sure be staying here again.
