Our guest bathroom had a shower and tub option for personal preference. The guest laundry was incredibly helpful, and it was complimentary. As our clothes were being laundered, we were able to catch a decent workout in the fitness center. Definitely a good place to stay, and we look forward to staying here in the future when back in the area.

- JJJulie JacksonAug 15, 20251.0Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. Myself and 5 other of my colleagues showed up to use our shower room after we played a show at a local venue. The woman working the front desk could not have cared less that we were there, in fact we definitely inconvenienced her by interrupting the show she was watching on her phone. She refused to give us extra towels (there were 6 of us) because she assumed we would steal them. I waited about 5 minutes at the desk for her to even realize I was there. She does not need to be working in customer service anymore.
