- JGJessica GreenleeNov 8, 20251.0The actual stay at the hotel was very pleasant however the aftermath of the multiple duplicate charges has been awful to resolve. As of today I am still waiting on a refund for 2 duplicate overcharges for a pet fee that I have been charged for now 3 times. I was initially charged twice for the holding deposit, one for 80 and one for 87 which I was then charged 30 dollars twice on the 24th. I immediately contacted the hotel when this happened and the manager said that they would refund it , though it would take a few days to show up, reasonable except the refund still has not shown up. Then inexplicably two weeks after my stay I was charged again for 30.00, when I called the hotel about this the person I spoke to was rude, talked over me, said there was nothing they could do, would not give me an email address for the hotel where I could send proof of the 3 transactions and told me I was wrong multiple times in the conversation. I honestly would’ve probably let the whole thing go given the small dollar amount if she had not been so rude. And I always try to be understanding of people who work in a customer service facing position, they are hard jobs. She was downright condescending and mean while I was trying to explain the situation calmly and directly. At the end of the call she said that her manager would call me the next morning first thing because there was nothing she could do about it which was fine, I hadn’t heard by midday so I called, the person who answered the phone this time was very nice and understanding, however I wanted to talk with the manager, I was told she would call me back in 30 minutes, well it’s the next day and I’m still waiting for that phone call….

I look for service-Accommodating- I look for friendliness. I look for people to appreciate my business.
