  Karen at the front desk has a wonderful attitude when she checks you in to the hotel very positive attitude. Thank you for having her as a front desk, employee.

  My truck broke down, and this was the nearest motel. Pricey, and upon check in was not too impressed with the desk clerk. She seemed a bit snobbish. Checked in and room was nice and clean, pillows extremely comfy, bed covering a bit thin. But it was soft. At breakfast I was not feeling well, and the lady that ran the breakfast buffet , Jill, was extremely kind in asking me if I was ok. Apparently I did not look ok lol. I told her my truck had broke down, and I'd walked from the pilot the previous night (0 °, and not sure of wind chill) and really didn't think I was going to make it, let alone make it back to my truck to wait on service. I asked if there was a shuttle service because even though it's an extremely short distance the winds were gusting at around 40 mph, and she said not at this time, but she would see what she could do especially since i wasnt feeling well. She spoke with the front desk, and Jill said she could bring me back to my truck. She went above and beyond. Many thanks to her, and to the lady in the office.

  For getting a hotel the same night upon walking in, they gave us a very clean room. The location was right off of I-80 and made it a convenient stop. The service was honestly the best part. We got breakfast, and was greeted and checked on by the sweetest lady Jo, she helped make our pancakes. Even after checking out and leaving, she came out to our car and asked if we needed any other snacks for the road. Bless her heart!!!

  This hotel was above all expectations! Karen, the lady that checked me in was the most impeccable and knowledgeable staff i have ever endured. Jamie one The second shift was most hospitable enduring in any question I had. Top tier hotel I’ve stayed in years! Keep up the good work!

  The hotel and staff were AMAZING. They went above and beyond for our family. They took extra effort to make our anniversary special even though we were traveling with our kiddos. They even went out of their way to make sure the breakfast was safe for our 3 celiac kiddos!
