I had my grandchildren and had a 2 hour chunk of time mid- day between services when we planned on swimming at the hotel pool. I checked in, asked about the pool and was told it was being worked on and was not operational. Wow. Tell your grandchildren there would be no pool time in a strange city. If they had a note on the website I would've booked elsewhere. Very disappointing and not very professional. Wouldn't recommend this hotel for families.
- LLLindaApr 2, 20265.0We were only able to spend one night at this lovely location in Casper! Exceptionally nice rooms: double queen beds, VERY clean, Keurig and small fridge in the room!! Dining area for breakfast very nice and clean with good choices available; especially chocolate chip muffins!! The ultimate topper were the staff!! They bent over to meet our needs!! Of note, we were always Marriott customers, but over the course of the last year, we’ve found we definitely prefer the Holiday Inn: Express, Aved!! They go above and beyond for cleanliness and customer service!!!

- BMBobCindy MaynardFeb 8, 20263.0The room was decent. Clean and new. I felt like it was a bit overpriced. This biggest disappointment was the breakfast. First, they don't start service until 7 AM. Nobody who travels for business can wait until 7 to eat breakfast. Then, the food! :-(( Microwaved cheese omelettes with American or velveeta cheese in an egg-like substance. Microwaved potatoes, turkey sausage and microwaved pork sausage patties that did not look like pork sausage. I would never order nor pay for this stuff in a restaurant.
