The pancakes were hard and crunchy, the scrambled eggs were undercooked and runny, and the waffle station was visibly dirty. Overall, the experience was unacceptable and far below hotel standards.

While it's on the outskirts of Casper, it's newer, cleaner, the pool is way nicer, has a nice view of the mtns if youre on the west side of the hotel (the downtown location is older, rooms aren't as nice, the pool area isnt great) Even though you're on the "outskirts," it's still extremely close to restaurants, shopping, amenities etc. The breakfast thats included in your stay, was great..lots of options..the staff that was constantly restocking the breakfast was also extremely friendly and helpful. The front lobby area is very large and spacious (plenty of room for a team dinner or breakfast)..I'd definitely recommend staying here!
