  I cant speak on the standard rooms but the suites, courtyard, pool, restaurant were all fantastic.

  THE HAIR. GROSS!! I’m currently at the hotel, thankfully just for one night. How does housekeeping miss this much hair left by the previous guest? There are better, more hygienic options in town. Also, the door to our room is a splinter waiting to happen.

  Not sure if I will be staying here ever again, it honestly made me a bit emotional this late evening as I’ve never had an issue or problem with this place. It is literally my go too, I recommend family & friends to come here due to the previous accommodations I’ve had! But I Checked out at 11:50ish pm tonight if not a few mins after due to feeling like I was in a hostile environment and I’ve never had this issue before. Due to “multiple” noise complaints, they never reached out beforehand to make it definite that there was multiple noise complaints before this event. To which their maintenance guy by the name Glenn come pounding on my room door yelling around saying maintenance. I did not open the door as I am a woman, I felt unsafe and very uncomfortable. After there was a call from the front desk lady by the name Breanne to my cellphone, she also spoke in a rude tone & said there was the noise complaints yada yada. To which I apologized for, (we have a sick toddler who literally ran to the toilet to throw up) and that’s when the guy came & the call. After trying to calm myself down, I went to my door & opened it, there was kids being very loud, playing literal hockey & hitting a puck back and fourth, there was loud music and the voices of adults being very loud. (I did record this as well) When I went to check out and it was like there was a party going on downstairs. I asked the front desk how there could be noise complaints on us as there was literally a whole party happening in the main lobby to the point I felt I was talking way louder then I normally speak!. I let her know I could hear the noise from my room as well she said “we’ve tried” that was it & then When I told her about the guy pounding on my door she said they did that to all the rooms?? Which I thought was absurd & disturbing! Long story short as I stated before I felt unsafe & very uncomfortable at this point and called her back asking if we would be charged for the night and she stated no just for the previous night. So I packed me and my little family up and checked out. Not to mention I had slipped in their shower the day we checked in it was clean, but I literally just got into the shower and like a minute after I slipped before I could even get any kind of soap out (I am very sore).. more then likely their cleaning products not being fully washed out (I did let Breanne know about this as well) there was also a random yet very alarming fire alarm that happened the day of check in as well! There was no fire so I’m not sure what it was about.
