  This Holiday Inn had super friendly staff at check in and the breakfast attendant was also super friendly! The room was super nice and very clean and the pool/hot tub was great. Definitely reccomend for a stay in Buffalo!

  Customer service was great! Ben made me feel welcomed. During my stay, the rooms were cleaned daily. Also, the hotel had incense throughout the whole building. Note: I don't know if this is the normal for this location or because of my occupation, but thank you! I enjoyed my stay.

  5 stars for me. A very low rate for a night stay given today’s economy. Didn’t have a reservation and was expecting to pay $30-70 more than I did, It’s a very clean hotel, conveniently located next to I25 and I90. The guy working the front desk when we checked in was so nice and helpful. Even the guy working the breakfast bar was so friendly. Those two made it feel like a Bed and Breakfast compared to a regular hotel. The food was great for a hotel free breakfast; real gravy for the biscuits and gravy, Dannon zero yogurt, little omelets that were great. My bed was super comfortable and the shower got as hot as one could want. I’d stay here again.
