The staff are very professional and extremely friendly. Ben, at the front desk provided the best service I have ever had at a hotel. The breakfast attendant and housekeeping were all amazing. The leadership at this hotel is doing something right, because when I imagined staying at a Holiday Inn, my expectations were FAR exceeded! Great job! I will ONLY stay here anytime I'm coming through Buffalo!

However rooms now have windows that don't open and noisy AC units that can not be turned off. Bring ear plugs. Nasty smell in bathrooms, likely from dirty cleaning supplies. Gym and pool are very sad but this is in line with typical HI standards.
