We had reservations at Holiday Inn in Charleston 100 miles away. We called the Holiday Inn Express in Weston West Virginia and a woman named Sky Blue Waters answered. She reserved us a room and canceled our room in Charleston and got our money back. She called us back and confirmed it. The room was nice and the heat and breakfast was good. I cannot say enough good about Sky or this hotel.
