We had reservations at Holiday Inn in Charleston 100 miles away. We called the Holiday Inn Express in Weston West Virginia and a woman named Sky Blue Waters answered. She reserved us a room and canceled our room in Charleston and got our money back. She called us back and confirmed it. The room was nice and the heat and breakfast was good. I cannot say enough good about Sky or this hotel.

- SBScott BensonOct 26, 20255.0Hotel is very clean! I also loved that the hotel was sold out the night we stayed, but once in our room we could not hear a thing. Staff very friendly too! My only negative item to mention (and it’s very minor) the timer for the exterior lights needs adjusted. We almost missed the hotel and had difficulty parking because none of the exterior lights were on. Once in our room (after 7pm) they came on.
