  Paying a premium rate of over 500.00 for 2 nights and when asked for 2 extra pillows to be dismissed rudely that we do not have any pillows. The pillows in the rooms are flat and could not possibly cost more than 3.00 and it wasn’t even the fact they could not accommodate it was the body language of the rude employee. The hotel has musty odor throughout and poor hospitality i would look at a much better location closer to amenities then a brand that should mean something because here it’s awful. Service, Smell, Location!

  Front desk staff was very personable and accommodating. Breakfast attendant was cheerful and very friendly as well. Great location close to shopping and restaurants right off of the interstate. Nice, clean, and comfortable rooms.

  We typically stay at Hiloday Inn Express because with children the experience is consistent. We booked this room thinking for the price it just had extra space for a couch with a hide-a-bed. We'll boy we're we wrong, in the best way. The room was huge for 2 adults and 3 kids. There was plenty of space with the wet bar and living room area and w TVs. For an extra $30 it was worth the price. The only issue is the bathroom could have been designed bigger for the space but it was nice. As for the breakfast, there was a great variety and it was well done. Sometimes the bread can be dry or meat overcooked, but not at this location. The food was well cooked. The pool was nice, but cold at first. The Hot tub was really relaxing and it wasn't busy. For a newer location that serves the local oil and gas contractors, the hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly and anything we needed, such as extra towels, we were able to get.

  Courtney and the rest of the front desk staff were awesome! Very quick, very kind and helpful! Room was clean, and comfortable. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was how firm the bed was, but it was doable. The breakfast staff were super friendly and quick to restock morning foods. The location is super convenient only minutes away from The Highlands. Will absolutely be back many more times soon!!!
