However, Morgan at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She handled the situation immediately, with a great attitude, and turned a frustrating moment into a great stay. It’s rare to find such high-quality service—Morgan is a huge asset to this hotel!

First room the TV didn't work but not a big deal, I was tired anyways, but they insisted on moving to another room. 2nd room, the ac didn't work, used soap was left in bathtub, tried to call front desk and phone didn't work. Breakfast the next morning hand mold on the muffins. They took 25 off my bill. Will never go back.
