  Front desk,rude,acted like they were on drugs,room was major let down the only thing was lady that made breakfast was a sweetheart and did an amazing job for the weekend,then Monday went down hill!! Would never go back and will tell family and friends to stay away!!!!

  Great hotel experience, possibly the best hotel we've stayed at. Check in was easy, the room was clean and updated, lots of space and storage, beds were so comfortable, pool was warm, breakfast was great and had lots of options, staff were friendly. I have no complaints and would love to stay here again.

  Unacceptable Stay – Illegally Charged for Service Dog I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Holiday Inn. Not only was the stay unpleasant overall, but I was improperly charged a fee for my service dog. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service animals are not considered pets, and hotels are not permitted to charge pet fees or additional cleaning fees simply because a guest has a service animal. Despite this being federal law, I was charged anyway. This was not a misunderstanding — it reflects either a serious lack of staff training or a disregard for ADA compliance. Both are unacceptable, especially from a major hotel brand that should know and follow federal regulations. I will be filing a formal complaint with the ADA regarding this incident. Travelers with disabilities should not have to educate hotel staff on federal law or fight improper charges after their stay. I strongly encourage management to retrain their staff immediately to prevent this from happening to anyone else. I would not recommend staying here.

  We stayed here on a long trip and would love to stay here again! It was very clean and the staff could not have been nicer! Cookies at check in, super kind and helpful staff. Clean and warm pool! Breakfast was fresh and delicious, JoAnn was taking care of all the hotel guests like we were her family- she's an asset to the brand for sure!

  Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Ripley, WV and had a solid, comfortable experience. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the room was exactly what you’d expect from the brand—comfortable bed, good water pressure, and everything in working order. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Breakfast was convenient and appreciated before heading out. Overall, a reliable and comfortable stop if you’re in the area, and I’d stay here again.
