My wife and I rolled in just for the conference room to run my class, no overnight stay needed, and y’all made it feel like we were VIPs from minute one. Right from those first chats and booking back-and-forth? Pure gold. Super responsive, sharp as tacks, and genuinely excited to help nail down the perfect setup – AV, seating, all the bells and whistles. No question was too small, and you guys handled everything like pros who actually care. Zero hassle, all smiles! Then bam – arrival day hits, and the energy level? Off the charts! Your crew greeted us like old friends, had the room spotless and set up EXACTLY how we asked (quiet, comfy, distraction-free zone – teacher heaven!). Throughout the whole day, the professionalism was unreal: quick check-ins without being pushy, lightning-fast help when we needed it, polite, upbeat, and always one step ahead. You made sure everything ran smooth as butter so we could focus on rocking the class. Management, you’ve got a rockstar squad here – hats off big time!   Clean rooms. Polite staff. Televisions were low grade and small, but no issue other than that.

  Clean rooms, free breakfast with great food and options. We came in late and a young women named Alyssa (I believe) got us checked in. The phone was ringing off the hanger and a large group came in with us at the same time. I was dead tired from a long day and she was quick to help us get checked in and beautifully polite. Capable and kind staff and comfortable clean beds to sleep in.
