- BWB. Williams5 days ago2.0I stay here often because of a hospitalized family member, so I go into the lobby to get coffee and sit there at times. I have noticed these 2-3 men in the lobby as well, in the afternoon or throughout the day. They don't seem to be paying guests because they always linger near the back entrance doors and sit on the furniture. They have a rancid odor that could be smelled when you walk off right of the elevator and could be mistaken for being homeless at first impression. I have spoken to a young lady at the front desk who I forgot what her name but she was very kind and understanding. She says that management has dealt with it and there's nothing she can do. I said that she is doing a good day's work and keep it up. I really hope management gets their act together because there is NO NEED for me to feel like I'm paying to stay at a homeless shelter, not a hotel. I am sure other guests have seen them in passing but I noticed that I am the first to complain about it. I have also seen a review for PDA at the front desk as well and have noticed it a couple of times in the morning when I go to the front entrance so obviously that hasn't been resolved either. The property has a lot of potential but it needs the correct and proper authority to ensure safety and cleanliness for guests.
