  From my arrival, to my check out it was amazing! top tier. they immediately recognized my member status and guided me over to the member lounge to show off their “winter wonderland” , and might u say it was very well thought of and put together by Ms. Ashley (GM) you can tell she also takes good care of her team. everyone is so professional and definitely a good representation of ihg branded hotels. great job on the loyalty recognition!!

  Location great, breakfast great, rooms clean. The pool and spa were closed due to renovations. I had called the week prior and they told me the pool was open, but never mentioned upcoming renovations. Upon arrival the front desk worker told me it was posted online, which I did later find. The bathroom needed work as the drain was super slow and the toilet seat looked like it was ready to break and showed obvious signs of wear. The hotel did not seem full, but it seemed like everyone was crammed in the same area/ floor. Space would have been nice. The front desk was quick to respond to any issues we encountered. We enjoyed this stay with our kids.

  Very clean and well staffed. I had a chance to observe the staff together and they really worked well together. The room was clean. The shower was great. The pool and spa were available and in great shape. This should be the standard for all Holiday Inns!

  There was a carnival going on 50 yards from my window that was so loud I couldn’t even hear the TV. Something was biting me while I was sleeping, and I woke up to find bedbugs. When I told the woman at the front desk about the bedbugs at checkout, she just said “sorry about that” and didn’t offer a refund. Also, a little bit of mold in the shower. Won’t be back.

  I stayed here because it was 5 min from the location I was going to. The front desk was not welcoming when we arrived. The bathroom looked like thy had tried cleaning it minutes before our arrival, there was hair on the floor, shower had mildew, toilet seat had cracked areas which could either cut someone or hold bodily fluids which is not only hazardous but also disgusting. We also found part of a protection wrapper on the floor by our bed. Breakfast was not good either. I really wish it would’ve been a better experience because I will be in the area more often.
