- MBMarco BraggionNov 7, 20252.0Everything was great…the bartender was super nice the drinks were good the front desk service was great until 4:30 am…when I wake up to a severe burning smell coming from the heater. I turn it off and call the front desk to which the lady said that it was the start of people using the heater which she isn’t wrong it was about 45 out. She tells me it’s normal and that was that. I try to power thru it until 5:30 am when I wake up again. Severe headache and my throat drier than a desert. I call back down to the front desk to which she finally moved me to another room. Then at 8 am (I had the tag on the door for housekeeping not to come in) to my surprise I get woken up after falling asleep at 6 am by the housekeeper opening my door and trying to get in until I said someone is in here. Then in the morning the manager didn’t seem to care at all. I missed most of everything I had to do that morning because I was way too tired to do it. It was a huge trip interruption for me. The front desk manager seemed to not care in the slightest in the morning when I was checking out. Of all the years of using Hilton I’ve never had an issue always has been a great pleasant experience. I’m a very loyal Hilton member but this time I was very very disappointed.

I also told her about the shampoo that was to be supplied by the hotel that I did not have and there was no concern about it. At this point we need to stay one more night. I am disappointed with the no concern.

- DMDon MooreOct 14, 20255.0Some rooms are getting dates, but are clean. AAA rate is very good. Fruit and muffin breakfast costs $8, which is inexpensive but also mediocre. For the same price you can get an awesome hot sandwich and great coffee at Starbucks or similar within a couple blocks.
