I now have a great itinerary to get me there and back efficiently and I literally saved thousands of dollars on airfares. I will be traveling on major airlines in comfortable seats and going through major airports, so there are no shady, cut-rate carriers involved. The folks at Clarksburg Travel have been doing this for a long time. They know key people in the travel industry and they have access to travel agent websites and deals you will never find online on your own. For simple trips, sure, book it yourself online.
