  I think her name was Rachel. Super friendly. The person who checked us out seemed like we bothered her. Didn't catch her name. Rachel thank you for being so nice and helpful

  I'm a business traveler. IHG is my go-to for overnights. There are many facilities that I give 5 stars to. This is not one of those. Pot holes in parking lot Wifi out of order Strong chlorine smell inside the front door No water bottles available. Constant Fan option not working on HVAC

  Tay was polite and professional when he helped us with accommodations and he made us feel appreciated as a guest at this hotel. Room was clean and breakfast area was fresh and super clean. Thank you!!

  La descripción indica una grave falta de limpieza y mantenimiento en un establecimiento Holiday, lo cual es inaceptable, especialmente en un hotel que debe cumplir estándares de higiene. Se debe presentar una queja formal a la cadena hotelera Holiday por las condiciones antihigiénicas, ya que la presencia de moho y suciedad es un riesgo para la salud y afecta la experiencia del huésped .Mi experiencia fue traumática debido a que la suciedad de las instalaciones desde q llegas , las tarjetas de las habitaciones no funcionaban para colmo y el piso desde que entras hasta el ascensor sucio y las alfombras como que nunca la han lavado limpiado pues y con olor a humedad .. De verdad me parece que siendo una cadena de hoteles con prestigio este hotel en estas condiciones , pongan atención más en la higiene del lugar porque pueden perjudicar al huésped y sus familiares ..

  IHG should not allow this hotel to carry the Holiday Inn Express name. This particular hotel is damaging to the reputation of HIE and absolutely does not even come close to the quality expected from this brand. 1. This place was absolutely filthy. The floor in my room was awful. Walking on the carpet left white socks black on the bottom. When the bathroom floor got wet, the color changed because of all the dirt. This proves the floor was not mopped or cleaned. The shower curtain had blood splatter stains all over it. The room also had a sour smell, probably from wet carpet that has not been shampooed in a long time, if ever. Photos below are of the blood on the curtain and shows the dirt in the tub when it got wet. 2. Breakfast was very lacking. HIE usually has a nice selection and keeps it well stocked, but not here. The pancake machine was off and had bags and boxes all around it and on top of it. No fresh fruit. Gravy container was empty (at 8:30am) and never refilled. No omelets. No bagels. Cinnamon rolls were cold and very dry. Who knows how old they were and how long they were sitting out. 3. The key card machine doesn't work so no guest gets a room key. The front desk attendant has to walk you to your room and open it for you. The only real positive here was that every employee I encountered was kind. When I travel for work, I try to find Holiday Inn Express because they are consistently good. They are always clean, with good breakfast, and good customer service. This HIE was the exception, and if this had been my first experience at HIE, I would never stay in another one. This place wasn't worth even half of the money paid for it. I stayed here 8/28-8/29/25.
