  Came here mostly for the pool but the heater was broken so we weren't even able to swim. There aren't enough towels and wash rags in the rooms. The room wasn't the cleanest there was a stain on one of the comforters and the cracks in the bathroom had dirt. It was also extremely loud due to being by the interstate. I was unable to sleep for the 2 nights we stayed. The staff was friendly though and they had many choices for breakfast.

  The property is situated in an awful, dark sketchy location that felt entirely unsafe for guests. I discovered bed bugs, which is an absolute dealbreaker and a risk to my personal property and health. The room was covered in mold and general grime. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. Next morning I observed the blonde housekeeper standing in the hallway for an extended period on her phone instead of cleaning the rooms. This explains why the rooms are in such a filthy state. The redhead woman at the front desk was consistently unavailable because she was busy smoking cigarettes outside with a male employee. The male employee did nothing but stand around the front desk talking, ignoring the needs of the guests and the state of the lobby. Breakfast was an insult. The portions were tiny and served under & over cooked. To make matters worse, the breakfast lady became visibly angry and caught an attitude simply because we asked for more food. It is absurd to be intimidated by staff for wanting the meal we paid for. I will also be reporting the bed bugs and mold to the Local Health Department to ensure no other travelers are subjected to these conditions. I will be sharing my experience on every major travel review platform to warn others to stay away from this establishment. ​I would give this 0 stars if I could. My stay was a nightmare from start to finish. If you value your health or your safety, stay somewhere else.

  Quite and clean. Free breakfast. People were really nice. All you can ask for in a hotel
