When our car wouldn't start their were staff members willing to lend a helping hand. I forget their names, but overall very worthy of praise. The rooms were quite clean and comfortable. Gave me a great impression of West Virginia. Thank you so much for helping us.

What should have been a quick breakfast took 45 minutes from the time we were sat until our order was taken. It took almost as long to receive our food. Great hotel but the restaurant needs a management change.
