What should have been a quick breakfast took 45 minutes from the time we were sat until our order was taken. It took almost as long to receive our food. Great hotel but the restaurant needs a management change.

I showed up at the front desk in tears, but thankfully Tiffany and Megan, the dynamic duo running the place, were ready with tissues, encouragement, and the kind of sympathy only true professionals (and great friends) can provide. By morning, they had me laughing again—and more importantly, stuffed full of eggs, sausage, and the life-changing cinnamon roll waffles from the breakfast buffet. If every hotel handled “emotional emergencies” this well, I’d almost consider arguing with my wife more often just to have an excuse to come back! In all seriousness, Tiffany and Megan make this Hampton Inn feel like home (especially if ypu’ve been kicked out of yours). Best managers in the business! Will definitely be back, hopefully just for the cinnamon waffles next time.
