But this place was clean and quiet, plenty of parking, and the staff was fantastic from the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast buffet staff. Check in was fast and easy, our room was clean and the Heating/AC unit was one of the best I've used in a hotel. It kept our room at a constant comfortable temperature - and we used both heat AND A/C!! Plenty of storage and a nice-sized fridge made for a really comfortable stay. Lodgeville Road can get a bit backed up during the day so trying to turn left from the parking lot can be difficult during business hours. Other than that I would highly recommend this hotel, and we will be staying here again.

Coming in after a long drive and hotels in Beckley booked up.The gentleman working the desk was kind and informative. He gave my dog a treat and told me what I needed to know about the area. My room was clean and stocked. The next morning the lady working the front desk greeted me with a smile and was genuinely kind. The hotel may be older but it was clean and the staff were beyond kind . They deserve to be recognized. A much appreciative guest, JD

The staff from the front desk to the housekeepers and maintenance are always friendly and accomidating. I've only had 2 issues ever with a room and it was minor and was corrected immediately. I will continue to stay here when I'm in Bridgeport.
