  The water pressure in the shower was low. We had a shattered glass in the room. The room service did such a poor job that we ended up requesting to be moved to another room.

  Super disappointed in this hotel. I thought Holiday Inn was a safe bet to get free breakfast and an indoor pool. I know it showed an indoor pool on the website when I booked our stay, a week before getting there. We'll when we got there the person informed us they have an indoor restaurant and breakfast was not free. Then on way to elevator we saw the pool was empty and under construction. Got to the room after waiting forever for the elevator, since only 1 was working, and noticed how dirty the room was. The pull out couch was creep, old and had stains. The corners of the bathroom floor were filthy and there was hair in the tub. I could see crumbs or randome stuff on carpet by beds (did not vacuum well or maybe not at all). Also, and the worst part, there was blood on the bedding. I went down to inform them and the lady at the front was very nice and apologetic, then came up to replace all bedding right away. I grateful for Shannon doing that, she was great. But they need to do some deep cleaning on these rooms.

  Spacious, clean rooms. Friendly service, easy to find. Bree was amazing. She was everywhere. When things were at the busiest, she handled tempers flawlessly. I was here for a conference for a few days, and the staff appeared to be few, but amazing.

  Mita at the front desk was Amazing and Kind especially after Priceline made a mix up with rooms. Her patience and ability to absolve the issue was on point and professional. We later decided to try out the restaurant and bar area and was pleasantly surprised, Trina was knowledgeable and very entertaining not to mention very kind. We will definitely be staying again, Thank You.

  I am extremely disappointed with how my stay ended at Holiday Inn & Suites. After checking out, I received an email accusing my party of smoking marijuana in the room and being surprised by a charge of $250 smoking fee. In the same message, they also claimed it took four hours to clean the room due to this issue. The photos they provided as “evidence” were very surprising and confusing.(( All photos of evidence are posted)) One photo showed a small clear plastic bag near the sink, which was actually from a pair of earrings I had. The other photos showed a few small specks on a table and a pillow with pink stains. None of these photos show any smoking materials, ash, burn marks, or anything that would clearly indicate that someone had been smoking in the room. Neither I nor anyone in my party smokes, so receiving these accusations along with a $250 charge was both upsetting and frustrating. It was even more concerning to see these photos presented as justification for a claim that the room required four hours of cleaning. I completely understand that hotels need to enforce non-smoking policies, and I respect that. However, serious allegations and significant charges like this should be supported by clear and legitimate evidence. Based on the photos provided, it is difficult to understand how this conclusion was reached. Unfortunately, this situation left me feeling unfairly accused and very disappointed with how the matter was handled. I hope management at Holiday Inn reviews this situation carefully and considers resolving it appropriately, as experiences like this strongly influence whether guests choose to stay with the brand again.
