- JMJaden MurphyNov 12, 20255.0This location treated me with top shelf service. Firstly they upgraded me from a double queen standard to a king full kitchen suite for free. My check-in was flawless and without incident. The bed was amazing but I opted to sleep on the couch and it was ridiculously comfortable!! The shower was freaking stellar and had amazing pressure. Although the breakfast was not complimentary since I am at Diamond Elite level I got it as choice of an amenity as opposed to the 500pts and I took it. I am glad I did!! The spread as you can see in the photos is far beyond adequate. It was all delicious and still hot and fresh!! I was told their employees come in to eat it in the mornings and I can see why. It is definitely worth the $10 should you have to pay. Just remember an Holiday Inn and Suites is NOT the same as the Express locations. They are NOT the same company even though they both are under IHG and have essentially the same names. Breakfast is not guaranteed as part of the stay inclusion with Holiday Inn unless it is an (Express). I digress. Upon checking out I got the pleasure of meeting a lovely lady by the name of Zion. She fully sealed the stellar experience for me even though our interaction was sadly very brief. Zion was very warm, friendly and welcoming. Her smile could melt the coldest of hearts and warm them up. Thank you Zion for being you. You are appreciated. I highly recommend this location....obviously. Lol. Have an amazing and blessed day everyone and know God most assuredly loves you. Remember to let your heart drive you and your mind guide you.

Roxanne checked me in and was just fantastic, super welcoming, and made the whole process quick and easy. Ruth and Shannon were just as great, always smiling and willing to help with anything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I expect from Holiday Inn. Between the spotless room and the amazing front desk team, this stay reminded me why I always choose Holiday Inn when I travel. Highly recommend this location great people, great stay!

How do you loose a bag lunchbox or did someone throw it away . And then they make you pay for breakfast in the surrounding hotels have free breakfast doesn't make sense and it's all the same owner. Think I'll tell the company to tell their drivers not to stay at this hotel. I will be stopping by on Saturday 10/25/2025 and see if you all found my bag.
