  Before I comment on the hotel itself I want to take the time to say the manager Mandy was a delightful person and we had excellent customer service. It was a pleasure to meet her and she deserves a raise or bonus. We checked in took the elevator up to our room. The elevator smelled like dog. And it had paw prints on the floor. When we got to our room everything was clean outside until we entered the room. The central heating was super loud, I thought we were in an old boiler room. The heating unit had foot prints on top of it. It was dirty like someone stood on it trying to fix something. We then checked our beds as a precaution for bedbugs like we always do and we discovered hair and blood stain on my son’s sheets. I called the manager (Mandy) and she apologized, and bought fresh linen to our room. She told me she couldn’t believe this happened and apologized again. I told her it’s not her fault and thanks for the quick response. Here is a list of everything else that was wrong. 1. Room was dusty 2. Breakfast wasn’t good 3. The door to bathroom had to be lifted to close all the way 4. Carpet in room looked old 5. Electrical outlets didn’t look like they were screwed all the way in wall 6. Remotes to tvs had food on them I will not be staying at a Beat Western again.

  This is a very nice hotel. Easy on and off the Interstate when travelling. Walking distance to restaurants. The included breakfast was quite extensive and I especially appreciated the packaged gluten free products.

  Rooms are clean and very nice. The bathroom could use some updating but very clean in all spaces. I was especially happy with Jessica at the front desk. She was very friendly and accommodating, also she helped us a lot as we had an Expedia nightmare. I Would stay here again :)
