    I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast is decent, it just gets so busy! The social hour is nice, free wine and beer. We had nachos one day and spaghetti (kind of random) The next day. Comfy bed and nice looking room. Downside is that there were house keeping signs in our room so I was expecting our room to get cleaned, which is why we left. (Look at pic). Our room never got cleaned once. We asked about it at checkout, and they said they don't do it because of covid. Really?? Take down the magnets and the sign in the bathroom then. Update your signs since it's been 3 yrs now and doesn't seem like they'll be changing their policy any time soon. Also the spoons were gross and there was caked on crud on them.

    Wouldn't stay anywhere else in the Dells. I had my Mom stay here a week to avoid Covid at home. They treated her great and went above and beyond for service.

    Great 1 bedroom suite! Spacious, clean and well stocked with anything you may need. Hot tub nice and warm, cool pool -pool area had high chlorine smell which made eyes burn after short time. Good warm breakfast. Apparently there is a 11pm quiet policy allowing kids to run the halls making noise until then. I asked them to be quieter and was told by the kids they had until 11pm! Maybe ask before booking if there is a kids sports tournament staying there as they ruled the pool and hot tub and were loud with the parents not keeping them in check.

    Upon check-in the manager Joshua & Ellie at front desk were wonderful! Very nice & welcoming had a small issue they fixed it right away!! Thank you!!
