    First time staying at this location. Front dest rep was good at his job. Lobby was best ive seen at Hilton hotels so far... Room was a double queen and amazing layout but 4 of 5 cleanliness of bathroom.

    The manager here Michele is very rude - find another place to stay where you will be welcomed. Not sure how people like her end up in customer facing roles but she may want to try another line of work.

    I strongly advise against staying at this property. The communication from the staff—and especially from the general manager, Michelle—was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I was overcharged, and every attempt to address the issue was met with silence or excuses that they were “too busy” to help. This level of disregard for guests is alarming. Be prepared to scrutinize your bill, because the management clearly does not take responsibility for their errors. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had, both in terms of the property and its leadership.

    Mine and my family's stay was amazing! The manager Giselle, was incredibly professional and nice! I had a made a mistake with my reservation and she took care of it and informed of how to reserve again in the future through he Honors app/program. The hotel is so squared away and clean!! The team there takes pride in there work and it shows! This is a hotel will be one i me andu family will stay whenever we are in the Dells!
