  The check-in went great but it was at 9 pm so no one else was there. The room was very clean and in order. The fridge and TV worked great. The king bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows.

  We had a great experience here. We were skeptical with the price but the front desk staff was so sweet and helpful and went above and beyond to help us with finding a place for our dancers to practice. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was impressive. There is a dennys next door. Will def stay again when we have to travel to the dells.

  Our experience at Best Western Ambassador Inn & Suites was extremely negative. We had a group reservation from February 9th to February 13th and informed the hotel that we would be extending our stay for two additional days. While my employees were at work, hotel staff entered the occupied rooms without prior notice and removed our belongings, leaving them outside. Inside the rooms there were personal items and cash; when we returned, part of the cash was no longer there. This situation raised serious concerns about the security and handling of our personal property. Additionally, the hotel charged my credit card for two extra days, even though we no longer had access to the rooms. Charging for accommodations while removing guests’ belongings is unacceptable. The front desk manager, Angel Wirts, was involved in this situation. The treatment we received was unprofessional and made us feel disrespected and unfairly treated. Due to the seriousness of what occurred, we are taking the appropriate legal steps and will be requesting a formal investigation with the assistance of the proper authorities. Guest safety, privacy, and trust should be a priority. Unfortunately, in our case, that trust was compromised.

  I traveled here for work from Washington state and first time to Wisconsin. Great hotel and friendly service. After a long day of travel and some work. I was so happy to arrive at the hotel. A plus hotel.

  Above average place, great location and very clean! Pool,hot tub, elevator, beds pillows very comfortable, good shower,nice staff. Breakfast was hot, eggs, sausage salt the other stuff too! Wife was impressed so there's that stamp of approval!
