  The front desk lady was great and check in was quick and easy. Lobby was clean but it felt cold, in the sense of it being big and not very inviting. Kind of empty feeling. Needs something. Room was nice. Maybe more updating than the tvs though. Housekeeping could be a little less persistent about cleaning room especially if it's not even check out time and especially if you get a late check out. I don't think the front desk even told housekeeping about the late check or for us

  This BestWestern is by far the worst that I have ever lived in. Location was the only good thing about this hotel, amenities were average and breakfast was with conveniently same limited options every day! The beds were very uncomfortable with pillows totally out of shape.

  More like 3.5 stars. I wanted to love it but I couldn't. Room was not as clean as it could have been but not filthy. Internet was solid. Indoor pool was nice. Hot tub had too many chemicals in it and made all 3 of my teens itchy. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Its just not up to Best Western standards. The lady checking us in was very nice though. Rooms are very small.

  The hotel is a very good one, and it is in a very convenient location. It is right off Interstate 90/94, and it is in the midst of all the major attractions at Wisconsin Dells. Dining, gasoline, and other services are relatively close to this hotel either being a very short drive or a brisk walk. The hotel is a very large property, and it is basically a complex. In light of the area being a major tourist zone most hotels here are pretty large, and folks should be prepared to do some walking within the property. The rooms are clean and have no issues. The rooms are spacious, and they have everything one would need be it plenty of power outlets, modern televisions, and enough and more space to store things. Everything was in good working order and kept up. My only quibble about the property was the Breakfast area which was overwhelmed by the large number of guests. The Breakfast area is undersized in relation to the sheer size of this hotel complex, and one will have to wait a bit to get into the area. Due to the large number of guests here the staff does struggle to keep up with demand for breakfast items. However, what the hotel has for breakfast is good, and the area is reasonably clean. If breakfast is a priority for a guest, then it might not be a bad idea to eat at off peak times or to be patient when going during peak periods of time. Again, this is a great hotel if one is looking for a clean place to stay that is in a safe, convenient area and has ready access to the Interstate.
