The bed was clean, but I will say if you look close enough in the corners of the floors and in the bathroom that additional cleaning is needed. We payed for a whirlpool suite after a long drive. As soon as we opened the door, the smell of mold hit me. The bathroom was so moldy, we immediately closed the door and did not shower. There was mold above the whirlpool which made us decide not to use that either. We were even afraid to run the heat so we wouldn't blow mold around. There was missing grout all around the whirlpool and pink telltale signs of listeria. We were too tired to switch hotels since it was after 9pm so we decided to tough it out. It was probably the wrong decision. I've had respiratory issues for two days since. I remember Best Westerns being nice, clean, family-friendly, affordable hotels with a specific standard of quality. My question to the company: Does your name mean anything anymore?
