The staff is always great, but Niesha at the front desk has gone out of her way for me several times when she didn’t have too and really helped me out. The gals in the kitchen are nice too. Overall: Clean room and hotel in general, professional staff, Good breakfast, a flat one time pet fee, and really convenient as far as location/getting around town. Can’t see myself staying anywhere else if I’m going to be in the area.

- KKkellyOct 28, 20251.0Though I am extremely grateful I was able to check in early after my fiancé's surgery. (The staff was great about this) When we went into the room it was not cleaned properly. There were skid marks in the toilet and on the seat. Hair all over the bathroom shower, floors and counter. We found a plastic bag on the bed. There was also a bag of chips on the table along with trash cans full of trash. The worst part was that we found a toenail in bed after I slept in it (i had socks on). I would have requested a different room but we had been up for since 2:30 in the morning and we were desperate to sleep. The hotel was very close to Froedtert, which was helpful and the price was not bad. But the room was disgusting.
