  Being a Delta Platinum member, I expect the best quality hotels and the Best Western Plus hotel is no exception. Hand cooked eggs, burritos, healthy yogurt with so many toppings, clean nice, rooms, unique hotel architecture, hand painted murals, and nice bed. Love it. Parking lot is ADA friendly which helped my husband and his wheelchair. We had a drink at the bar that is by the lobby the night before and left after breakfast. BW I am coming back this summer !

  I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. They had kielbasa at breakfast, which you do not see often. My kids loved it. The freshly cut cantaloupes and grapes were a big plus. Not every hotel does that, not even Holiday Inn Express or Country Inn. It felt thoughtful and fresh. I also liked the strawberry infused water at the juice station. Small detail, but it stood out. The room was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for the kids to move around without feeling cramped. The bulk shampoo and lotion dispensers were great. So much better than those tiny bottles that are hard to squeeze. Being able to stream Netflix on the TV was another win. It kept the little ones entertained and made the stay easier. Overall, a very comfortable and family friendly stay. I would definitely come back.

  Honestly don't know what the other reviews are talking about but my stay was amazing the food was great better then other hotels for sure and the bar atmosphere was definitely nice

  This hotel feels very old and not well maintained. The room was not clean — the carpet was very dirty and the bathroom clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The hotel is not updated at all, which was disappointing. There was also confusion about pet policies. It was not mentioned anywhere that king rooms are supposedly not pet-friendly, even though I paid extra specifically for a king room. After insisting and after the front desk spoke with the manager, I was finally given the room I booked, but it shouldn’t have required that effort. There was no hairdryer in the room, which is a basic amenity. Breakfast was fine — nothing special — but the coffee was actually good, and the staff at breakfast were older but friendly. Overall, this hotel needs serious updates and better cleaning standards. I wouldn’t stay here again unless improvements are made.

  Hotel was fine - about what you'd expect for a Best Western off the highway in a small midwestern city. Rooms were OK - nothing bad about them at all, but just OK. Location is great right off the highway and short 8 minute drive or so to downtown Wausau
