- LMLaren MetcalfMay 12, 20241.0Bright spotlight singing in room all night and barely adequate window shades didn’t block it. Paper thin windows so you heard every noise outside, birds, cars, people coming and going. Coffee maker in room but no cups, coffee, ice bucket, even the soap was one tiny bar. Had a lady open our door and walk in our room! She looked around, we asked her ‘maybe you are in the wrong room’, she mumbled something incoherent and left. I went and got new room keys, this was really strange, never happened to me before. People at front desk we re courteous, didn’t speak English to each other so you don’t know what they are saying but one of them would eventually talk to me when I asked for something, like the new room keys. They have a pool we didn’t use, big whirlpool tub in middle of room we did t use. Free breakfast which is worth what you pay for. Honestly go somewhere else if you want something good. If you want a dark quiet room and hotel with amenities this is not it.
