- CTCraig TeeFeb 23, 20265.0Beware one star reviews obviously written because the author was denied a "partial refund" for all of their "emotional trauma" over a hotel room they remained in for the full period of their stay as opposed to requesting a refund and moving to more suitable lodgings. Nuff said? Our 3 day experience was very pleasant. Nice large, clean rooms and pleasant helpful staff. The hotel is rated 3 Stars, yet I've been in other 3 Star hotels that can't hold a candle to this one. I would rate it a 4 Star Hotel with a 5 Star Customer Rating. We would happily stay there again.

- MBMelissa BilkeFeb 1, 20262.0This place is run down. My original room had a clogged sink so they moved me and my second room had stained lamp shades, torn window curtain and torn shower curtain. Broken shower mount. Food was terrible. Rubbery and watered down. I complained to the desk about my original room and after I found issues with my second room, the desk person was so rude that I waited until a morning person was on staff. Trust me when I say, this place is not worth the money they are charging. Then didn’t want to issue even a partial refund after I was told moving to my second room that there weren’t any other rooms for the remainder of my stay. What a joke. Good thing we can dispute credit card charges!
