  Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber . Der Service ist gut Das wlan ist sehr schlecht , man muss sich jeden Tag neu einloggen und braucht mehrere Versuche bis es klappt . Pool , Whirlpool und Sauna sind gepflegt, der Whirlpool ist zu heiß , 3grad weniger wären besser .

  Excelent place to stay. Rooms are clean and well kept. Staff is friendly. There is an attached bar and Perkins for easy breakfast in the morning and late-nights with friends. I usually get out here a couple times a year for events

  Looks like the palace of zero-stars manager Lindsey is packed into shipping containers on the side of the motel. That's the same manager that emailed me, after submitting an honest review, that she was requesting we find different accommodations when we are in the Tomah area because she wouldn't honor any future reservations made. She thought I was trying to tear the motel apart by submitting the negative review. Looks like she did a good job of that herself.

  This establishment is solid. Clean, well maintained rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Great bar, and a perkins on site. Guests get a meal voucher for breakfast at perkins, redeemable before 10 am. I usually stay with a LARGE group of folks and they handle us so very well.

  Staff were friendly enough and the room was clean enough, but there were several annoyances to this hotel that would keep me from returning. First off, I think it is VERY terrible practice for a hotel chain to force their employees to push for guests to become rewards members. No employee or hotel branch should ever have to feel their job or their performance was at risk just because they can't convince so many members to join within a time frame. I do not book my hotel based on hotel chain, I book based on price and location. I am so tired of having to sign up for rewards or download apps these days. I am not going to do that for anyone anymore. The room itself was a good size and it was nice and quiet. However, the bathroom did not have a fan, so it didn't allow for much privacy being in there as every action could be heard. The heater/AC unit also did not have a "constant fan" mode, so it was either too hot, or too cold or too quiet in the room. When I set it to "heat" at 70 degrees, the room had gotten up to 83 degrees. When I set it to "fan only" it got down to 64 degrees. Blankets were also thin and no additional blanket in the room, so it was a very hot/cold night. Bed was also stiff, so my back did hurt most of the night. In the morning, I found the coffee machine still had old/used coffee pod in the slot, and when I went to make coffee, the machine would not turn on or light up. However, it was nice to be next to a Perkins as they always have good breakfast.
