We stayed for 3 nights and there was no hot water at all. The staff was notified multiple times and it was not resolved and we were not offered any compensation for the issue. The cleaning staff took all our used towels and didn't give us replacements we had to go to the desk to get more. The pool was ice cold and the door in the pool area was actually frozen over with ice. Overall the staff was not friendly or helpful at all and treated us like an inconvenience. Definitely not worth $200 a night!
