Management is extremely rude as many other reviews have pointed out, won’t offer refunds and tried to hide issues until we checked in. We used to stay here whenever we came to Sturgeon Bay but won’t be back until a management change, and a lot of cleaning. Such a shame.

Saw two different bugs (one in each queen bed). It was a massive, massive pain to (hopefully) prevent bringing these home. Management was anything but apologetic and instead was defensive and took zero responsibility. I asked for compensation for items I could not wash. Now, almost a week later, they seem to be dodging my calls. Zero updates have been shared with me. I was told they were contacting corporate but when I contacted corporate myself, they said no reports had been filed 5 business days later. DON'T STAY HERE!!!

The room was very dirty and we found hair on the shower walls that was not ours. Within an hour of being in the room, we saw numerous cockroaches and other bugs. When I explained to the front desk and asked for a new room, she either didn’t believe me or didn’t care. Luckily we got a new room and didn’t notice bugs. We could not get out of there quicker. Pay more to stay elsewhere!
