The lady that checked us in was very professional, polite and kind. Our room was very clean with plenty of towels, comfy beds with plenty of pillow choices. The connected restaurant had a good breakfast with great servers. The pool was fun if you have little ones. No hot tub, though 😞

The hotel itself is lovely. However they don’t know what they are doing with their system, I booked through hotel.com check in took much longer then it should and even had to sit and wait with all my things while they reviewed and tried to cure it out. I guess it looks like a may have paid but also may have not. Which I swore I did, but beyond the point. They ended up putting me in my room and then later that day I saw the money came out that day on April 3rd. Then April 6th when I was home I was charged again. I called and they blamed it mostly on hotel.com and some glitch basically and that it was a prior authorization and that the money will come back. I called my bank they also said I should get that money back but it will take about a week. Called hotel.com becuaee I feel this is something I’m being told to not be concerned above it but $300 less in my checking account for a week makes a difference to me!! Hotel.com said they called holiday inn here and the admitted it was their and to them not hotel.com but did 2 prior Authorizations on my card though only complete payment on one of those my bank still takes and holds that money as soon as the prior authorizations put through. Which puts me out double the price of the 2 nights in the executive suite I was expecting to be charged. It’s funny how when it’s not someone else out $300 for a week it’s nothing I should be concerned about because it’s MY ACCOUNT. Not one of the people u spoke to was willing to accommodate a darn thing to make me feel any better either, which shows where customer service stands in today’s time and with what businesses. We travel often and with that lack of accommodations I’ll be choosing another place to stay from here on out. And that’s my spring break story 😊

I have stayed here several times and had a consistently positive experience. The room is always clean, spacious, and comfortable. It would be cool if there was a free breakfast but it’s not a deal breaker for me. Friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms… that’s what’s really important to me. This place delivers that!

We have booked this property for years for our business group and typically reserved 25 rooms per night for 2 nights. Last year was already difficult, and this year was worse.
They reached out to us to rebook and keep the relationship going. We agreed, accepted fewer rooms than usual, and signed the agreement. After that, they told us they could not honor it because of new management, profit goals, and internal room cap issues. They even admitted in writing that the contract had been reviewed and countersigned to make it final before they reversed course.
That is not how repeat customers should be treated. Internal management changes are not the customer’s problem after an agreement has already been signed. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.
See attached to see how people are treated.

The rooms are neat and clean but offer only a coffee maker. Refrigerator and microwave. The people at the checkin counter were phenomenal. The location was good I could get to wherever I wanted to go within 19n minutes
